  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. For hairpieces, wigs, and other hair products, the hygienic seal must remain intact if applicable.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons, including:

  • Opened or used wigs, hairpieces, and hair extensions.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Any items marked as final sale.
  • Opened or used creams, soaps and beauty products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@inehiluxuryhair.dk with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with further instructions on how to return the items.
  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) to ensure they are protected during transit. Include the RA number inside the package.
  4. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. After we receive your returned item, you can place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
